KELLIE ALTRUDA
RA, LEED AP, PRESIDENT

Kellie has 13 years of ample experience with both large-scale, urban projects as well as the finely-detailed components of custom design. Kellie serves on multiple community task forces and feels giving back is a responsibility MAI and all it's employees share. When not behind her desk, she can be found in a yoga pose or running on the trails.

Education: Ball State University, Bachelors of Architecture and Environmental Design

Affiliations: Registered Architect in Indiana, Georgia and Wisconsin; Certified Interior Designer in Indiana; NCARB; Optimist International Member; HBA Member; Habitat for Humanity Volunteer; United Way Volunteer; Licensed Real Estate Broker in Indiana

 

JAMES MALCOLM
ARCHITECT

James, a US Air Force Veteran, graduated from Ball State University's College of Architecture and Planning with honors. Upon obtaining his Indiana architectural license in 1981, James began a private architectural practice. He offers more than 33 years of experience in architectural design and project management on a wide range of office, educational, corporate, retail, healthcare and institutional projects. James strives to address each client's unique needs and budget with personal attention. In his spare time, you can find James enjoying the company of family and friends.

Education: Ball State University, Bachelors of Architecture and Environmental Design

Affiliations: Licensed Architect in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan and New York; NCARB; Certified Interior Designer in Indiana; Licensed Real Estate Broker in Indiana 

 

BRADLEY MALCOLM
LEED AP BD+C, ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER / PROJECT MANAGER

Over Brad's 11 years of professional experience in Indianapolis and Chicago, he's gained extensive knowledge and skill in workplace, higher education and restaurant design. Brad's strong communication and visualization skills lead to innovative solutions for our clients' most complex design challenges. Aside from Brad's passion for design, he enjoys playing the drums and working on classic cars.
